We work with our partner to understand their needs and priorities. We then identify the markets that are the best match and present the best opportunity for success for the partner and focus on agreeing conditions for those markets.
Based on our discussions, we come up with a proposal for our partner based on a CPA model with a fixed price per sale or an ad- agency fee based model where appropriate. This is formalised via contract shared by our team to the partner.
Once the contract is signed, we proceed to create a communication channel (skype/email) to connect the 2 technical teams for Service integration via API. This is followed by creation of the marketing assets.
Once the tech integration is done and landing pages are created, we proceed with testing. A full subscription flow test is done and recorded and data points checked. Following this we will proceed to pre-payment as agreed per contract.
Once testing is complete and payment is received and validated by our Finance team, we will proceed to launch the marketing campaigns and start monitoring/optimising.
